On 12th June 2023, Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX), after scrutinizing submitted application documents and a deliberate listing examination, approved the Myanmar Agro Exchange Public Co., Ltd. (MAEX) to be listed on YSX in accordance with Section 41 (c) of the Securities Exchange Law and Section 7 and 8 of the Securities Listing Business Regulations.

Further announcements to the investors for the listing date of MAEX will be made in time.

ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိပ်ချိန်းသည် Myanmar Agro Exchange Public Co., Ltd. (MAEX) မှ တင်ပြလာသည့် လျှောက်လွှာများကို စိစစ်ခြင်းနှင့် စာရင်းဝင်စစ်ဆေးခြင်းလုပ်ငန်း လုပ်ဆောင်ပြီးနောက် ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်များ လဲလှယ်ရောင်းဝယ်ရေးဥပဒေ၊ ပုဒ်မ ၄၁ (ဂ) နှင့် ‌ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်များ စာရင်းဝင်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းစည်းမျဉ်းများ၊ အပိုင်း (၇) နှင့် (၈) တို့နှင့်အညီ ကုမ္ပဏီအား စာရင်းဝင်ရန်ခွင့်ပြုလိုက်ပါသည်။

MAEX ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ စာရင်းဝင်မည့်နေ့ရက် (Listing Date) အားရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံသူများအတွက် အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ ထပ်မံကြေညာပေးသွားပါမည်။

အခြေခံစျေးနှုန်း (Base Price) အား စာရင်းဝင်သည့်နေ့ရက် (Listing Date) မတိုင်မီ ရုံးဖွင့်ရက်တစ်ရက်အလိုတွင် ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိပ်ချိန်း ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုဒ် (Website) တွင် ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

စာရင်းဝင်ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များအား ပိုမိုသိရှိလိုပါက၊ New Listing စာမျက်နှာတွင် ဝင်‌ရောက်ဖတ်ရှုနိုင်ပါသည်။
